Nursing Co-housing Center is the solution for Seniors who need support but want to keep their independence. It is located in small peaceful village Jaworze in the middle of the fields The project contains single independent bungalows connected to main structure. Houses are meant to be build in litte clasters  of 3 houses with common and individual gardens to simpliefy

Main building includes basic functions such as restaurants, doctor offices, common spaces and single rooms for residences with special needs. All functions are connected by spacious corridor which can adapt the sesons by transforming from winter garden to tearace extension. The heart of the project is a central garden with spacious terraces.
